COVID-19 Update

We continue to be contactable via the usual telephone and email addresses for any assistance you may require.

COVID-19 is on everyone’s radar and here at Chi we, like others, have made some changes in our day to day operations to ensure we can continue to deliver the service and support our customers expect through these unprecedented times.

In line with the advised control  measures around reducing the spread of the virus, we have now closed both of the Chi offices, with our employees working remotely. We continue to be contactable via the usual telephone and email addresses for any assistance you may require.

Technical personnel will endeavour to resolve any issues that you may experience remotely as per standard practice, but on occasion we are aware that essential site visits will be necessary to enable us to meet with our commitment to our customer base and to ensure our customers can operate a business as usual approach via their networks and infrastructure. Engineers have access to spares holding at all times.

In the event an engineer is required to attend site for essential maintenance works, the following steps have been put in place to ensure every precaution is taken to protect all relevant parties as much as possible.

–          All Chi personnel will follow the active Health and Safety site specific guidelines in place around control of COVID19

–          In addition to the above our Engineers will follow the appropriate distancing requirement of 2m / 7ft & have been advised to carry hand sanitiser (where possible) and to ensure hands are washed upon entering and before leaving a site to minimise the spread of the virus.

 –          Chi continue to follow the issued guidelines from the Government around control measures and best practice.

Should you have any queries at all during this time please contact your usual Chi Account Manager / contractual support numbers directly, or call the office via 0345 230 3091 and we can direct your call to the appropriate person.

We hope you all stay safe at this time and will endeavour to do all we can to support you during this challenging time and we are looking forward to a time that the situation is resolved and we are all able to return to normality.
